Our Freshness Guarantee & Return Window

Because coffee is a freshly roasted, perishable food product, we handle coffee returns with specific care to maintain strict health and safety standards. We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all eligible items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original, sealed packaging.

Eligibility Criteria by Product Type

  • Coffee Beans & Grounds: To maintain strict quality and safety controls, coffee products can only be returned if the original vacuum seal or packaging remains completely unopened and intact. Opened bags of coffee cannot be accepted for return due to their perishable nature.
  • Coffee Equipment & Merchandise: All brewing hardware, accessories, and apparel must be completely unused, undamaged, and returned in their original branded packaging with all instruction manuals and accessories included.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return process, please follow our streamlined procedure:

  • Please provide your order number, proof of purchase, and a brief description of the items you wish to return.
  • Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with detailed return shipping instructions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. If your order arrives damaged during transit, or if you receive the incorrect coffee roast or equipment, please contact us immediately. We ask that you notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@caffeinco.com with your order details and photographic evidence of the issue. We will swiftly arrange for a complimentary replacement or a full refund, covering all associated shipping costs.

Refund Processing and Timelines

Once your return is received at our facility in Shuwaikh Industrial, Kuwait, our quality assurance team will inspect the item. We will send you an email notification confirming the receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition.

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that banks and credit card issuers typically require 5 to 10 business days to reflect the credit on your statement.
