Order Processing and Dispatch

To ensure you receive the freshest coffee possible, all orders are meticulously prepared and securely packaged at our fulfillment center in Shuwaikh Industrial, Kuwait. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive an email notification the moment your package is handed over to our shipping partners.

Local Delivery (Kuwait)

For our local community of coffee enthusiasts, we offer fast and reliable domestic delivery. Once dispatched, local orders within Kuwait are delivered directly to your address within 2 to 3 business days. Our local courier partners handle your perishable coffee items with the utmost care to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

International Shipping

We are proud to share the Caffeinco experience with customers worldwide. International orders are shipped via trusted global couriers and typically arrive within 7 to 10 business days after dispatch. Please note that international delivery times may occasionally be affected by customs processing in your destination country.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once the shipment reaches your country. Caffeinco is not responsible for these additional charges; they are the sole responsibility of the customer.
